For snowboards what does ';true twin'; mean? Is it the same as dual directional?

Because I want to know what its called so I know what its called when I'm shopping, and that type of borad is great for me, I ride both ways. For snowboards what does ';true twin'; mean? Is it the same as dual directional?
Here is the difference between directional, directional twin, and true twin:

A directional board will have a softer nose and a stiffer tail, and the nose will be slightly wider than the tail. Also, the stance will be set back, so you are not centred on your board. This is the easiest shape to ride powder in, but is not that great for park riding.

Both a true twin and a directional twin will be shaped the same on both ends. Tip and tail will be the same, and the stance will be centered.

The difference will be in the flex. A true twin will have the same flex on tip and tail, while a directional twin will have a stiffer tail and a softer nose.

A directional twin will suit most riders better than a true twin. A true twin is best for straight park riding.

EDIT: One more thing, for switch riding, it doesn't really matter if you have a directional twin or a true twin for just riding. It will make a difference when jumping switch due to the differences in flex, which is why true twins are best for park riding. Directional twins and true twins are the same shape. The difference is in the flex, not the shape. For snowboards what does ';true twin'; mean? Is it the same as dual directional?
a true twin means the boards nose and tail are exactally the same, other boards are called ';directional twins'; that means that there is a front and back of the deck, True twins are great for park, as riding switch will be easier with the nose and tail the same

In Accounting, What does ';True-Up'; mean?

I have to do a building use fee true up journal entry at work and I just want to better understand what I'm doing. I don't feel like asking because I think I should already know what it means and I don't any one to think I'm stupid.

Thanks! Appreciate your help!In Accounting, What does ';True-Up'; mean?
It means to bring to the correct balance. For instance, if you calculated total building fees to be 100K for the year, but only have a debit balance of 85K in the building fees account, you would have to make an entry of 15k to ';true-up'; the balance. I could be wrong, but that's how we use the term where I work.

What exactly does tell people the truth but never give them your true thoughts mean?

Tell them half truths Or don't give it all away..What exactly does tell people the truth but never give them your true thoughts mean?
When people ask for info. tell them the truth. Don't reveal your emotional/controversial thoughts. In other words learn to be objective. If you can't, then, say nothing if you have nothing good to say. What exactly does tell people the truth but never give them your true thoughts mean?
It means that one must be diplomatic. Diplomacy is saying, ';When I look at you, time stands still';, when what you mean is, ';Your face could stop a clock';.
i HAVE NO IDEA. i TELL YOU LIKE IT IS. IT WORKS FOR ME. AND i DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP TRACK OF MY LIES.

  • What does it mean to place inclusion symbols to make an equation true?

I'm confused and I'm searching for it on Google and it didn't bring up any good clear results.

In my math workbook, it says to place inclusion symbols to make each equation true.

Example: 27+5x8-6=37What does it mean to place inclusion symbols to make an equation true?
    It means this: 27 + [5 X (8 - 6)] = 27 + [5 X 2] = 27 + 10 = 37.

What does the ';True Node'; mean?

I heard that it has something to do with life lessons. Can it also have to do with being influenced/learning from other people with your true node sign? My true node is Gemini and I was wondering what that might mean : )What does the ';True Node'; mean?
The North Node and South Node of the Moon are points that are directly opposite each other. Together, they form the Nodal Axis. They are not planetary bodies; rather, they are mathematical points that take into account the relationship between the Sun, Moon, and Earth at the time of our birth. More specifically, the Moon's nodes are the points where the Moon's orbit intersect the plane of the ecliptic.

The Nodes of the Moon represent points of personal karmic imbalance. The North Node represents the kinds of experiences that we must work to develop in order to work with our karma, and to grow spiritually. The South Node represents those experiences and qualities that come naturally to us, that are over-developed, and that we tend to fall back on. The South Node can be a point of undoing unless we develop the North Node experiences and qualities. Thus, consciously working on these ';life lessons'; can bring us to increased happiness and fulfillment. If we over-emphasize and fall back on the qualities of our South Node, at the expense of developing our North Node, we may have a difficult time feeling personally successful.

Well, with North Node in Gemini, our South Node is in Sagittarius.

A tendency to hold beliefs and opinions without gathering the facts, to being self-righteous and running roughshod over others' feelings, to rushing through life and possessing excess nervous energy, and to lack tact in our relationships with others are some of the issues this position suggests. With this position, we easily crack under imagined pressures, and we are too often in a hurry for fear that our freedom will be curtailed if we stop long enough to gather facts and consider the details of everyday life. We need to learn to listen to others so that we discover the value of true communication and exchange, and to see both sides of a situation instead of throwing out dogma at others. We want to have meaningful and intelligent exchanges with others, and we want to teach others as well. But in order for us to succeed with these things, we need to learn that true learning and exchanges can only come when we listen to others. Learning to slow down, to be sensitive to social graces and networks, and to sensitize ourselves to others' needs and communications without fear of being tied down, will release us from some of our nervous tension and help us achieve more happiness and inner balance. Kiss*;)What does the ';True Node'; mean?
    North/ True Node in Gemini.

With North Node in Gemini, our South Node is in Sagittarius. With North Node in the third house, our South Node is in the ninth house.

Note that not all true Node Geminis have the same leson to learn, look at the house yours is in.

e.g. Mine is in Aries in 5th house.
The terms True Node and Mean Node both refer to the same thing.

What is the true meaning of Easter? What does it mean to you?

Also, do you celebrate it?What is the true meaning of Easter? What does it mean to you?
It represents Birth - Spring - Life - That is where the Egg comes in - for Birth - and the Bunny because they have a lot of sex - Fertility - It let the ancients know it was time to start planting the crops. In Greece - the woman used to paint their bodies and go and hide - and when the men found them - they would have orgies - - We go on easter egg hunts - they went on easter leg hunts.

My kids and I celebrate it by planting our Garden. I let them boil eggs and hunt for them as well. Since it is pretty chilly today - I guess we will just make sure the soil is loose and all the weeds are out - I will need to check the PH balance as well! What is the true meaning of Easter? What does it mean to you?
To me, Easter is a time to think about Jesus and everything that his life and death means to me.

I celebrate it by sleeping, praying, reading my bible and going to church. Simple
feels like any sunday except more religious tv shows on more channels. it means i need to go out and get a pie and eat it.

    i like pie
chocolate, a good breakfast and a couple of days off.
Jesus was tried for doing nothing more then the Will of His Father, he was beaten, he was scuffed, he was pierced, his hands and feet were nailed to a wooden cross, a crown of thorns was placed upon his head and he was crucified for the sins of the world but on the Third Day the tomb was empty. Jesus arose from the grave defeating death, hell and the grave and now sits at the right hand of God the Father. That's it in a nutshell.
It's true meaning is in the pagan rites of Spring. The Goddess Eostre is honored. Her totem is a hare (bunny) and her symbol is an egg, which is the symbol of new life and abundance.

I most definitely celebrate it. I am a pagan.
The egg of Winter joined with the Spermatozoon of Spring.
It represents the rebirth of the Christ consciousness in us all.

When this Consciousness is in control , we can live a more Christ-like life with confidence , strength, faith ,discernment, and all of the other attributes of the 12 Apostles . Jesus was here to show that even when the physical body is sacrificed on the cross of physicality, the soul continues to exist.

Check out Unity School of Christianity for more on the metaphysical aspects of Easter.
I get a day off work but other than that it isn't of any importance to me.
It highlights the forgiveness of my sin through The Christ Jesus. The forgivness of sin by Jesus is an awesome gift of God.

We are are wonderfully happy on this day for what Jesus has done for all of us.
I observed the Memorial of Jesus Christ last Monday 2nd April which coincided with the Jewish Passover which was the appropriate time when Jesus asked to keep doing these things in rememberance of him.

Easter is not a day I observe because of it pagan influences and a shares the time when pagan cults will also celebrate their worship of the fertility goddess.
The true meaning of Easter is to celebrate Christ's resurrection. To me it means we have been blessed beyond believe to be here on earth. My family most definitely celebrates it.

I have dreams that come true what does this mean?

I have dreams that come true later in life they happen just as i dream them even the smallest details are there. I dream in color dont remember all my dreams. does this happen with alot of people?I have dreams that come true what does this mean?
A complex question. Many people dream in color or the most emotionally charged aspect of the dream is in color. most of us do not recall all of our dreams or even all of one dream.

In your dreams you may be working on solutions that you realize soon in your waking life. With the passage of time you may be in a situation that triggers a ';recollection'; of a dream in the same fashion that deja vue works. Dreams acting as wishes can become self-fulfilling prophecies that we ';make'; happen without being aware of it.

If you really have a pipeline to the future dream up the next lottery winners and contact me before the drawing鈥擨'd be willing to share.I have dreams that come true what does this mean?
First let me say that dreams do come true in many ways. But you have to know that what you feel is a TRUE dream coming true can be different in many ways.

Example: You dream that you father will lose his job and the next day it happens. It could because you heard something that put that thought in your head or you have a gift.

    Or :

You dream a train going from X place to X place will hit a white car on the tracks and the tag number is XXXX . But you don't know where the train is or who the person was that was in the car that is a GIFT that hurts.

I know, I dream things I can not change or help.

To be a gift is something you want and can use in your life. But when you dream of a child being killed and have no way to stop it that is a real life nightmare.

    Good Luck
I dreamed that my sister was dying of ovarian cancer, and I documented it that morning. I didn't tell her until she was on her death bed, dying of ovarian cancer. She said she wouldn't have taken me seriously anyway, but I have a lot of guilt over it.

I dream in color. Keep a dream journal by your bed and write down your dreams when you awake, whether in the middle of the night or in the morning, the sooner the better. You will be amazed when you have a couple hundred dreams to look at, and see the re-occurring patterns. Very few of my dreams come true but they all mean something.
A person鈥檚 life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one鈥檚 ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one鈥檚 will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one鈥檚 dream interpretation. The Yahansmaniac Community member suggests the following.

Please visit the above pages to find the interpretation of your dreams and to satisfy your different queries about dreams. I hope, that should do it for you.
Maybe it is a dasavue. That happens to every one. You dream it and then it happens. Go into detail and maybe we can talk
I feel the same way. I dream sometimes of traveling the world and I hope to do just that.
    You're psychic.
it happens with me sometimes. i think that it is a gift and i actually appreciate that gift. like i will have a dream about one of my kids falling on the playground and the next day that is what happens. i have also had some about my grandmother dying and such. just know that it is a gift and you should cherish it
Good for you! Keep a journal. Seek knowledge through your dreams. Don't be afraid of it. I use to have waking dreams. I ask that that be taken away. It was to scary for me. I continued by having nite dreams. You can make a conscious request to remember in more detail or while you are dreaming make note of details as soon as you wake in your journal. Most people have not developed this ability and can't do it. You are Psychic.
I know exactly what you mean i somtimes think that i hav done somthing or seen somthing and i swear i had dreamted it.
It means you had a premonition.
