What does true love mean and how does it effect everyone different?

If everyone was the same, then of course 'true love' would affect them the same way...it is not as if that is a difficult concept...but I am sure you know that if you hadn't have thought that (much less have asked that) if you could somehow get an answer as insane as what you might think that the definition is........
