It might, a true state of gender equality would mean the large chunk of men who 'just dont get it', would need to somehow be persuaded or educated. Since men are (mostly) born bigger, stronger and less emotional then Women, men will always suffer the allusion that they are therefore better - while that logic might have been true 1000years ago, it really is equivilant to a type of fundamentalism, as those masculine capabilities are already replaced/replacible with machines.





So how to convince men that we arent still in the middle ages? Education at the minumum, and if they still dont get it then perhaps legislation will need to be uneven against men to support an enforced equality to compensate for the physical imbalance of males who do not believe in the state of equality.
No, why would it , A better world it would make, the sun does not evolve around the male gender, woman have earned there place in the sunlight. It would make for a noble, gentler world.
I hope feminism will end it, since the civilization we have sucks.
Each time a society opts for a more just model of organization things change, just for an example: Abolition of slavery did change a lot, so did the civil rights movement, or the end of children's work. These changes did not change enough to make the society as a whole unrecognizable or ended civilization, they just made the world a somewhat nicer place to inhabit. - I expect feminism will have just the same effect.

The idea sounds scary to me. I dont think so. Just more divorces, radical ladies rights movements and alot more chaos.

Civilization, as opposed to culture, depends on certain principles held as transcendent and transpersonal, in order to regulate people's behavior with strangers. Feminism promotes a notion of truth that is particular, subjective, and arbitrarily constructed (unless that ';truth'; is a feminist principle or finding).


Feminism's postmodernist doctrines undermine the intellectual foundations of civilization worthy of the name, while playing fast-and-loose with epistemology (';our truth is true, but yours is constructed') undermines the institutional trust required for good-faith participation of citizens.
True humanism doesn't. Any ideology, in it's purest form is not bad. Textbook Economic Anarchy(Free Markets) is good, in it's purest form.

What is true feminism and what do you mean by the 'end of civilization'? The question is rather vague and can be interpreted in many ways.
End of Western civilization, yes.
YES!!! It means women are not following their god-given roles and they're creating criminals and high housing prices and global warming and cancer and anorexia and rabies and racism and wars and blisters and smog and broken arms and acne. We must end feminism and put women back in the kitchen and ban divorce and fire every single woman from her job. Then everyone will be really happy, especially women.
No because anti feminists are going to put a stop to it. And once it has been stopped free thinking men and women will finally be able to put the feministic falsehoods and hatred of men behind us and repair the damage feminism created.
You know, there is a theory out there that the Illuminati are behind feminism. The theory goes that they push feminism for the ';greater good'; so that women will get jobs and they can indoctrinate children that are put into day care.

True feminism, the one that teaches full equality and nothing else, will ultimately improve civilization in my opinion.
