Is it true that mean girls will have a better future than nice girls?

I was watching the Tyra show a few days ago.. and she said that she use to be a mean girl. She said she was a huge bully and out of control. But if she was a mean girl, then why is she so famous and lucky? She has loads of money and her own shows! What about the nice girls that never did anything bad to anyone??Is it true that mean girls will have a better future than nice girls?

I guess it really depends on your idea of what ';a better future'; means.


A mean girl might be more inclined to ';push her way to the top'; and step on people in the process, where a nice girl might not be inclined to do. But is being at the ';top of the heap'; really better? Having lots of money doesn't necessarily mean happiness, and in the views of a lot of us, happiness is much better. Then, there's the Karma involved with hurting others. It may not catch up now, but it certainly will one day when it's least expected, and it will be ten-fold.
No; absolutely not. Many mean girls are (and I know how cliche this sounds) simply insecure, and at my school the mean ones also don't do very well in school. I really don't think it has anything to do with it; and if it does, nice girls do better. Also, Tyra's only one example. My mom was always a nice person, and she went to her high school reunion and learned that while she had a good job as a photojournalist, all the mean girls had ended up being cleaning ladies and baristas at starbucks. Again, sorry for all the stereotypes, but they all have their factual bases, right?
Livin' for Jesus too=D and i totally get what your saying(altho i thought tyra was the one being bullied...maybe im mixed up!?!?)...anyway, the saying ';nice guys finish last';, well, its SOOOO not true, especially in todays world. Today more and more people are standing up to bullies and becoming independant, and becoming very successful...
tbh she's probs only in that position because people are too scared to stand up to her
