Is it true Blacks are mean to other people because they are depressed for being black?

One person told me that he noticed Black people are really mean to other people who are not Black. To a Black person they are nice, but to a White, Hispanic, or Asian person, they are mean as f*ck. Are they really depressed and hate other people for having lighter skin. I mean, they are the darkest, blackest people in the world.Is it true Blacks are mean to other people because they are depressed for being black?

Its human psychology that when one person is mad at another they are really just frustrated with their life in general. It is a problem internally rather than the world against them. So it wouldn't surprise me that if you saw a black person being mean to another that maybe they don't appreciate their ancestry because of their perspective/emotion.

I don't hate anybody because they have lighter skin than me nor do I envy them. I'm am thankful to be who I am and I love me...caramel complected and all!!! Don't you realize that not all black people are dark skinned? We come in a wide variety of different colors!!! My mother is light skinned so tell me, who is she mad at? I LOVE being black. I would not trade it for anything in the world. So I don't know about others, I can only speak for myself but I am not ';depressed for being black';. If anything I'm sad for others who are not.

Valid question!! What ever their reason, they are very nasty to other races. But actually they're pretty mean to themselves too. Just look at all the black against black shootings going on in the their neighborhoods, aka ghettos.
